Buona la prima.
La stagione 2013 della Supermoto si è aperta sulla pista di Viterbo con la prima prova degli Internazionali d'Italia, Thomas Chareyre si presenta a questa gara dopo gli ottimi test effettuati nelle settimane precedenti.
Le qualifiche del sabato hanno visto protagonista Thomas Chareyre, il pilota francese ha ottenuto un buonissimo terzo tempo assoluto, Thomas avrebbe potuto cercare la pole position ma con solo quattro gomme a disposizione per l'intero fine settimana non ha voluto sprecarle.
In gara 1 Chareyre è partito subito fortissimo riuscendo subito a guadagnare la seconda posizione, Thomas ha dovuto faticare qualche giro per portarsi in testa alla gara, purtroppo sulla pista di Viterbo non è facile effettuare sorpassi , quando finalmente si è portato in testa alla gara e sembrava lanciato verso la vittoria un problema elettrico ha costretto il transalpino al ritiro.
Gara 2 prometteva spettacolo perchè Thomas Chareyre voleva dimostrare di essere il migliore ed infatti così è stato, il due volte campione del mondo è partito subito fortissimo e dopo aver studiato i suoi avversari con un ritmo incredibile è passato al comando riuscendo a prendere un bel margine sugli inseguitori. Thomas ha fatto segnare il miglior tempo della manche.
Solo una settimana e poi di nuovo in pista per la prima gara del Campionato del Mondo sulla inedita pista di Capua, Thomas Chareyre si presenta da Campione e vorrà difendere la sua tabella rossa.Good first.
