The second round of the Italian Supermoto took place on the track of Latina, Thomas Chareyre is presented in this second round after a convincing performance in the Grand Prix of Capua.
In qualifying Thomas can immediately find the right setting for his Tm 450 getting a very good second place on the grid.
In race 1 after a good start in the stretch Thomas Chareyre off-road was hit by his opponent that he did it to crash to the ground, Thomas incident as well as not being able to continue the race suffered a nasty blow on his left arm that at first he did fear the worst.
Fortunately, the problem was not serious and the arm Chareyre was able to take part in the second round.
Thomas has presented on the starting grid for the second race not in perfect physical condition.
The French rider did not get a good start losing some positions, when it was launched towards the comeback suffered a slip, without consequences for the pilot, Thomas still sore arm has decided to retire.
It closes the second race of the Italian with a negative result but with the conviction that he can fight for the win.

La seconda prova degli Internazionali d'Italia Supermoto si è svolta sulla pista di Latina, Thomas Chareyre si presenta a questo secondo appuntamento dopo la convincente prestazione nel Gp di Capua.
Nelle qualifiche Thomas riesce subito a trovare il giusto setting per la sua Tm 450 ottenendo una buonissima seconda posizione in griglia di partenza.
In gara 1 dopo una buona partenza Thomas Chareyre nel tratto in fuoristrada è stato tamponato da un suo avversario che lo ha fatto cadere rovinosamente a terra, nell'incidente Thomas oltre a non aver potuto continuare la gara ha riportato una brutta botta al braccio sinistro che in un primo momento ha fatto temere il peggio.
Fortunatamente il problema al braccio non era grave e Chareyre ha così potuto prendere parte alla seconda manche.
Thomas si è presentato sulla griglia di partenza della seconda manche in non perfette condizioni fisiche.
Il pilota francese non è riuscito a partire bene perdendo alcune posizioni, quando era lanciato verso la rimonta è incappato in una scivolata, senza conseguenze per il pilota, Thomas ancora dolorante al braccio ha deciso di ritirarsi.
Si chiude la seconda gara degli Internazionali d'Italia con un risultato negativo ma con la convinzione di poter lottare per la vittoria.
Solo qualche giorno per riprendersi e poi di nuovo in pista per il secondo Gp Mondiale a Vairano. |
