| DAVID PHILIPPAERTS 9th IN GP OF BELGIUM ! |

The 15th round of the FIM Motocross World Championship was held for the second consecutive year at the new track of Bastogne in Belgium and again a big crowd attended the event.
David PHILIPPAERTS finished once more in the Top 10 with a 9th overall position of the GP after riding a top second moto when, with a great jump out of the gate, he turned in third position behind leaders Desalle and Cairoli and was able to hold the third place till mid race and dropping down to 7th just in the final laps. In the first moto DP19 finished 12th.
Philippaerts is now 10th in the overall standings of the championship before the last two rounds in Matterley Basin next week and Lierop on the first weekend of September which will shut down the curtains on the 2013 season. |
